Shipping Policy

[Item delivery timing]
We will ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
*For pre-order item, We will ship within 5 business days after the item is released.
*After shipping the item, we will send you the tracking code by e-mail.


[Delivery methods / Shipping cost]
We use Japan Post's "EMS(Express Mail Service)" to deliver our products.

EMS is the shipping method which managed by Japan Post Service Co.,Ltd. and available for posts up to 30kg, over 120 countries and areas worldwide.
You can use the tracking code to check the current location of the item.

*note Disclaimer: We pay special attention when we ship your order, however we do not take any responsibility if your order is delayed because of un foreseeable disasters, or otherwise.


[Domestic delivery(in Japan) methods / Shipping cost]
When shipping within Japan, we use Japan Post's "Yu-Pack" service.
The shipping cost within Japan is a flat rate of 1440 yen.


[Returns]
All sales are final unless products are defective or wrong item shipped.

Just in case received items are defective or wrong item,we accept refund.If you receive items are defective or wrong item,Contact us within 7 days of the receipt date.
No returns after 7days of the receipt date.
Only if you received the item are defective or wrong item shipped,we will pay for shipping and handling.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


[Customs Duties]
In all circumstances, the customers who ordered items are responsible for paying customs duties on the ordered products and submitting all documents required by the customs in their own countries. If they refuse to pay the taxes, the parcels will be returned to us. Then, we will refund the amount minus the shipping charge claimed by the delivery company and the return shipping charge to each of the customers.

*Products cannot be delivered to certain countries and regions for safety and other reasons.
*Products are shipped in standard export packaging designed to endure international shipping.
